A treat that supports your fitness goals

This cheesecake is not only delicious but functional. The base of quark or cottage cheese provides a high dose of protein, perfect for muscle recovery after Pilates. The sweetness comes entirely from bananas and apples, eliminating the need for added sugars. This makes it an ideal snack or even a luxury breakfast that gives you energy instead of a sugar crash.

Variation Tips

Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm autumnal flavor, or blueberries for extra antioxidants. The cake is best after chilling in the fridge overnight. You can also cut it into bars and freeze them for a healthy snack on-the-go.
