ManaMove respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data is treated confidentially. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Payment information, securely processed via external payment providers such as Mollie. We do not store full credit card or bank details ourselves.

- Processing and fulfilling your orders for Pilates props, e-books and other products.

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Order data is retained for 7 years in line with statutory tax retention requirements. Account data is retained as long as your account is active and is deleted upon request. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe.
8. International data transfer
We process data primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is processed outside the EEA (for example by certain analytics providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
