We want you to love your ManaMove products! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Products must be unused and undamaged
- Return shipping costs are covered by ManaMove for defective items
- Customer pays return shipping for other reasons (🇳🇱 €6,10 | 🇧🇪 €8,25)
- Digital products (meal guides, workout programs) cannot be returned once downloaded. For technical issues, please contact us for assistance

- Enter your email address (used for your order) and order number
- Select the items you want to return and specify quantities
- Choose your return reason from available options
- Review your return request and confirm details
- Download the return form and place it in your return package
- Download your prepaid return shipping label (required)
- Pack items securely with original packaging and return form
- Attach the shipping label and send your package
- Track your return status via the portal
