An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order via the website and Manamove confirms the order. Manamove reserves the right to refuse orders.
All prices displayed include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website. Manamove reserves the right to cancel orders in case of late payment.
Products are delivered within 30 days after ordering unless otherwise stated. Ownership of the products passes to the customer after full payment. Shipping costs are indicated on the website and are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days after receiving the product without giving any reason. The return procedure is explained on the website. Costs for return shipments are borne by the customer (🇳🇱 €6,10 | 🇧🇪 €8,25) unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Products are covered by the statutory warranty. Complaints or defects must be reported in writing within 14 days after discovery via the contact form or email. Manamove ensures repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with legal regulations.
All content, including Pilates workouts, recipes, images, and texts, is intellectual property of Manamove. Copying, distributing, or commercial use of this content without explicit written permission is prohibited. Content is intended solely for personal use.
The workouts and advice on the website are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes and do not replace medical advice. Always consult a doctor before starting a training program. Manamove is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of the content or products.
Manamove processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be found on the website. By using the website, the customer consents to the processing of personal data as described.
Manamove is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of products or services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Any liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

These terms and the agreement are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will initially be submitted to the court competent for the district in which Manamove is established, namely the court for the district where Rossum is located.
