Cube the sweet potato. Toss with olive oil, paprika powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Roast until golden (20–25 minutes).

In a pan, add a splash of olive oil and cook tomato paste for 2 minutes to deepen the flavor.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add paprika powder, cumin powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder and a pinch of cinnamon

In a small saucepan, heat a bit of olive oil. Add chili flakes and let sizzle briefly, then remove from heat and stir in honey.

Assemble bowl: add roasted sweet potato, spiced beef, cottage cheese, sliced avocado, and spring onion. Drizzle hot honey oil over the top.
