Heat a large pan or wok over high heat. Stir-fry the beef strips for 1–2 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from the pan.

In the same pan, add the broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and bell pepper and stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and water. Let it simmer briefly.
