Warm fruit and fiber for stable energy

This bowl gives you the comfort of a warm dessert but with the nutritional value of a top-tier breakfast. Heated apple is easier to digest, and the pectin (fiber) in the skin is great for your gut. The oat and nut crumble provides complex carbs and healthy fats without the need for butter or white sugar.

Prep Tips

Briefly sauté the apple pieces in a pan with some water and plenty of cinnamon until soft. For an autumnal twist, add some mixed spice (koekkruiden). Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for a creamy finish and extra protein.
