Warm Banana Crumble Bowl

This is one of my favorite ways to start the day with energy. The warm banana crumble bowl is not only comforting but packed with protein, giving me the fuel and fullness I need for a productive morning.

This warm banana crumble bowl combines creamy Greek yogurt with a soft, warm crumble made from banana and eggs. It's finished with cinnamon, crunchy walnuts, dark chocolate pieces, and ground flaxseed for extra flavor and nutrients.

Instructions

  1. 1

Mash the banana and mix with the eggs in a bowl.

  2. 2

Add the eggs, oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

Heat a pan over medium heat (add a little oil or butter if needed).

  4. 4

Pour the mixture into the pan and let it sit for 1–2 minutes to set.

  5. 5

Gently stir and cook until a soft, lightly golden crumble forms. Don’t overcook — it should stay slightly moist.

  6. 6

Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl. Spoon the warm crumble on top. Finish with walnuts, dark chocolate, flaxseed, and extra cinnamon.

Healthy enjoyment with a warm breakfast

Heated fruit is easier to digest and provides comfort, especially on cold days. Bananas provide potassium, essential for nerve conduction and muscle contraction. The oat and nut crumble provides necessary fiber and healthy fats, keeping your blood sugar stable despite the natural sugars in the fruit.

Variation Tips

Add a handful of pecans or walnuts for extra texture and brain food (Omega-3). A generous pinch of cinnamon not only boosts flavor but also aids your metabolism.
